Melissa Palmer is a career development expert and Certified Professional Coach, CPC, with 20+ years of experience across higher education, talent acquisition, leadership development and entrepreneurship. She is passionate about helping people better understand their unique skills, interests, personality and passions – and then connecting these with the changing world of work in ways that are both strategic and meaningful. Melissa integrates design thinking principles into her coaching and workshops and encourages people to adopt the mindset of an entrepreneur as they build their way toward their highest calling. She has an M.S. in College Student Personnel and a B.A. in International Studies, both from Miami University (Oxford, OH). When she’s not talking or reading about career development, Melissa enjoys yoga, hiking, and spending time with her husband and 3 kids.
