Background

Carlo has taught corporate finance and asset management extensively in Europe and Asia, both to graduate and undergraduate students. Besides his lectureship at Fletcher, he currently teaches theory of finance at ESSEC Business School in Paris. In the past, Carlo lectured on portfolio theory, corporate and international finance, asset management and business analytics at Birkbeck College – University of London, Kedge Business School in Shanghai and ADSM in Abu Dhabi.

He began his scholarly career as a researcher in energy finance at Dauphine University in Paris and, since then, has combined academic activities with professional consulting and executive work for private firms and public bodies in Europe and the Middle East. Carlo holds a BA in economics from Bocconi University in Milan and is a double Jumbo (MALD and PhD).
