The Fletcher Experience—Delivered Online

Through a multidisciplinary curriculum that covers international business, economics, law, and policy, the online Master of Global Business Administration (GBA) from The Fletcher School at Tufts University will equip you to apply advanced business strategy in a global context.

As a student in the online program, you will cultivate connections with your peers by participating in case discussions, debating global politics, and networking at in-person immersions.

Upcoming Application Deadlines

Our online GBA program has three start dates per year, so you have the flexibility to choose the date that best suits your schedule. For each cohort, we offer priority application deadlines to help you get a head start on planning for your future.

The $80 application fee is waived for applications submitted by the priority deadline.

Admissions Requirements

The Fletcher School seeks candidates from a wide range of backgrounds who recognize the need for businesses and professionals to adapt to a constantly changing landscape:

  • Required: Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree to be considered for admission.
  • Recommended: Because the GBA is an advanced program, we recommend that applicants have at least eight years of full-time professional experience.
  • Recommended: We look for candidates with some international exposure, which may include living, studying, working, volunteering, or traveling outside of your home country.

Application Requirements

Your application will include:

  • A completed online application
  • Professional resume or curriculum vitae
  • Sealed official academic transcripts
  • Statement of purpose and essay
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Proof of English proficiency: If your native language is not English, you may need to submit Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

GRE/GMAT scores are not required, but you may submit your scores if you believe it will strengthen your application.
