
Kristen Zecchi
Director of Business Education
Kristen Zecchi oversees Fletcher’s master’s degree programs in business, including the Master of International Business (MIB) and the Master of Global Business Administration (GBA) programs. She joined Fletcher in 2006 and has worked with the MIB and GBA programs since their inceptions. Her work focuses on building relevant and innovative curricula, fostering a rich extracurricular environment, and supporting individual students in their efforts to achieve their academic and professional goals.
Prior to joining Fletcher, Zecchi was a research project manager at Boston College’s Center for Corporate Citizenship, where she worked on a Ford Foundation grant to investigate the integration of corporate citizenship principles into corporate structures. This research involved long-term and in-depth studies of Fortune 500 corporations to understand the reality of corporate citizenship implementation and change processes. She has co-authored several Center publications including The Ten Half Truths of Integrating Corporate Citizenship and Integration: Critical Link for Corporate Citizenship.
Before working at Boston College, Zecchi was a change management consultant at Accenture. She holds a B.A. from Brown University and an M.A. from the University of Chicago. She has lived and worked throughout the United States as well as Spain and Argentina and is fluent in Spanish.
